When we talk about our 2 young guys, we look out over the horizon and say how cool it’ll when they become stars in this league. But have they become stars already?
They’re proving in the most pressure packed environment the NBA has to offer — the playoffs — that they can produce star caliber numbers every game. Tatum is doing his damage late in games, when real stars shine and prove their greatness. And he’s eclipsed 20 pts in seven straight playoff games, both at home and on the road.
Ben Simmons, every believes, will be a star — but he’s not doing what Tatum’s doing; which is coming through in crunch time.
Ladies and gentlemen, a star has been born in these playoff games. I give you Jayson Tatum!!! (and Jaylen’s doing some fabulous things out there as well).

This will be their biggest test to date. Lebron is arguably playing at his best level and CLE has some momentum on their side. Will Tatum, and Jaylen, stare down the pressure and still do what we need them to do?

One thing is clear: both guys are going to be stars in this league. No ifs, ands or buts. If JT has another series like he just had, you'd have to say he's a star now. JB has yet to show he can do it night in and night out, but when he's on, it's clear he's going to be a star someday.

I absolutely have Tatum pegged for the Hall and for the rafters I have a penchant for disliking Duke players, however Tatum is the real deal.
