They missed on Michael Carter Williams, Evan Turner, and traded Vucevic after one year and got Andrew Bynum for him, and they basically missed on Maurice Speights And they finally got superstar level talent — and they’re flawed. Embiid is a walking injury waiting to happen, Ben Simmons might have to resort shooting with his other hand, and Fultz messed up his shooting form, and Philly will need to see if he can regain it.

They missed on Michael Carter Williams, Evan Turner, and traded Vucevic after one year and got Andrew Bynum for him, and they basically missed on Maurice Speights They flipped MCW for that LAL lotto pick, which was a great move. And Vucevic and Turner were before the Hinkie regime. The biggest flop of the Hinkie regime IMO was taking Jahlil Okafor 3rd overall in the 2015 draft. Granted, the picks after him (besides Krisnaps obv) were bust city, but it's still on your shoulders when a 3rd overall pick is pretty much a universal bust. But besides that Hinkie did a tremendous rebuild. Dude was very shrewd.
