Ho hum, another 12 point loss to San Antonio, who by the sounds of Doc Rivers brought their B game.
Interesting to note is that Blount got as much PT as Perkins and Jefferson combined.
He produced, but is he being showcased for a trade?
RD and PP also got theirs while nobody else did anything special.
I didn't see the game so I am not sure of the real progress the C's made tonight.

My dream is to see Blount and Veal packaged together for anyone else. I am really tired of seeing Veal get playing time when he looks so bad out there. Blount at least is hitting shots. Veal is doing nothing for us.

Back in after 3 weeks in a hospital. Got smacked by a pickup in a pedestrian accident. Busted left femub; fractured right hip. Kind of laid up for 3 months. Probably be sporadic.
Thought some of you were writing Blount off much too quick over the winter. He is looking like a serviceable big man. right now.
Good to notice that Doc put Perkins in the starting lineup---and has left him there. His stats have been sporadic, (like a lot of kids), but shown some promise. Last night's line looked a little bit like Big Ben.
I tend to think last night was encouraging. In comparison to the game in Boston. And one of the articles said West and Greene kind of slowed Parker down. That is a good sounding thing.
Saw one highlight which was special: A west pass about 3/4 of court length. T Davis. Who jumped to catch it and finisihed a layup all in one motion.
AJ looks like he is coming on.

Yeah. They're in town tonight. I was making plans to go down and scalp a ticket to see it.
I've sort of missed out on what is happening with Allen, other than noting that he has been indicted. Is he anywhere on the horizon?

Welcome back Ferbo. I am new here so nice to meet you. Tony Allen was cleared to play before the NY game. He went hard in two practices and the reports said that he had renewed swelling and pain in his knee so put off his return.
Just found this in today's Globe:

Hey Ferbo, did not realize we were practically next door neighbors. (Any Celtic Fan within a 1 hour flight or six hour drive - is considered my next door neighbor. Has the weather been cold in Texas?

Tough news about Tony Allen, and it is tough news for the Boston Celtics. We need his instigating influence. This guy is a difference maker, I believe.
