Just one of those things. Jae has never been a dirty player. Sometimes it's noone's fault.

He was my favorite Celtic and I still really like him. The Celtics are going to miss his steady play and defense. But, Toucher and Rich seemed to think he backed into him in the air to send a message to him and at the very least was too physical. His backing into Hayward was what made him land funny on that leg, though.

On a unrelated play, BOS came down the floor 3 on 1, with James being the one. When Brown got the ball, James moved to the side as Brown went to the rim. Interesting.

It is interesting to observe Lebron when he's playing against Jaylen. Maybe it is just me looking too much into things, but it appears that Lebron (who knows talent when he sees it) realizes that Jaylen has talent. But along with that talent is the drive, the confidence, and the kernel of stardom that is just waiting to blossom. I think Lebron sees all that in Jaylen.

I also think that is why Danny said "he hung up the phone" when teams asked for Brown. I think Brown will be the player that Danny thought he drafted when G Green was selected.

With the young guys stepping up so early, Not sure we can get a Rotation player @ 8.4M... Morris is our need next.

With the young guys stepping up so early, Not sure we can get a Rotation player @ 8.4M... Morris is our need next. I think that's the route we're going to proceed with for now. See what Marcus Morris gives us. See if our youth can sustain their good contributions. But I would feel better if we had another 7 footer who can be a solid rotation player.
