Guys, I think Fultz's whacky shooting form is a problem. For a guy who was drafted with an NBA ready offensive game, he totally lost confidence in his shooting during the preseason. I read that he didn't attemp a single jump shot in preseason, electing to drive at all costs. There's even a video of a Sixers practice (which I haven't watched yet) where Bayless sagged so much on him on defense, tempting Fultz to take a perimeter shot (the treatment that Rondo always received).
Brett Brown has stated that he's going to bring Fultz off the bench, and i think the reason he gave is just a cover.
Reminds me of Chuck Knoblauch, who completely lost the ability to throw the ball to 1B from his 2B position. Something happened psychologically, and it screwed him up bad. Fultz might be experiencing something similar to that.
We'll see if he pulls out of this funk.

His form adjustment could be because of a shoulder injury.

Simmons is the PG. Fultz off the bench is a good option, sans the change in form.

Markelle will miss the next 3 games due to his shoulder. He can't lift his arm to shoot the ball.
I don't know what to believe. Only because Brett Brown didn't think it was a problem and was playing him. This shoulder injury, that affected Fultz' shooting, didn't just show up now. His awkward shooting started before training camp. It was there during the preseason games, and since the regular season started. Yet, Brown wasn't concerned to bench him and have him get medical treatment and rest.
If anything, it seemed more that Brown was ticked off that Markelle tweaked his form without letting him or his staff know.
If Markelle's injury was that bad that he had to alter his shot, and that bad where it affected his ability to shoot, wouldn't that have been a major concern, and warrant immediate attention?

Would you trust PHI medical staff? Ex: Noel, Okafor, Simmons, and now Fultz?

And it doesn't look like Markelle alters his shots on any shot aside from free throws. So shooting an elbow jumper doesn't bother him, but a free throw shot does?
I guess I'll be questioning this until we get medical reports saying that he has some kind of shoulder injury.

His FT shooting is SHAQ like now. Something is not right in PHI. However, Embiid is holding together, and Simmons looks good right now.
