When asked how he felt about the moves he's made this summer, Ainge responded that we should wait till the summer is over before we talk about how we feel about these moves.
The implication is there are still possibilities for more moves (trades) to be made!
I can't even imagine which star(s) Ainge is targeting, and what we'd have to offer to get it done.

At this point horford would have to be the main piece going for any big time star, just to match contracts if nothing else.

I can't imagine what other trades can be made this summer. Definitely exciting times to be a Celtics fan!

Man I'd love to know what it would take to get Porzingus. Once he transitions to center he's gonna be a monster. Great outside shooter with unbelievable interior defense.

Porzingis is not going to be available. Only reason why his name was in trade talks was because of Phil Jackson (who has since been fired).
I think even if we offered Jaylen, Tatum and the LAL pick, the Knicks will elect to hold onto Porzingis -- the fans really love him, and the organization knows they have a gem in him.

I don't see anything major happening before the season. We do have one spot open for a free agent. And there may be a trade with a couple of rookies for maybe a vet to solidify the bench. Other than that, I don't see anything major happening.

Unless we trade Horford (which I doubt), we don't have the big contract to trade for a big name player. I don't think we'll see anymore fireworks this summer. But Ainge did give a cryptic comment about waiting till the END of summer before we say how we feel about the moves we've made.
