Before the college season starts, and 10 months before the draft, the current consensus top 6 are Bagley, Bamba, Porter, Ayton, Doncic and Rober Williams.
But immediately after these guys, I am hoping somehow we luck out by getting Hamidou Diallo and Kevin Knox -- both are incoming freshmen at Kentucky.
Diallo is a Kobe clone if there ever was one, and I mean that in a very good way. Like Kobe, he possesses all the ingredients and skills to impact the game in all areas offensively.
Kevin Knox is a swiss army knife with tremendous feel for the game, and is always around the ball. At 6'9" with a 7' wingspan, with quickness and agility, I believe he can guard 1 - 4 positions. Comes up with steals, loves to go coast to coast, is excellent at finishing, with and without contact, and is a good set shooter even from beyond the arc.
Can't wait to see these guys in action for Kentucky. Oh yeah, and they also got a kid named Jarred Vanderbilt, whose got some Point skills to for a 6'9" 3/4.
****As of 8/4, NBADraft has these two guys mocked at 15 (Knox) and 27 (Diallo). I have both in my top 8. I'll update this throughout the college season and see if NBADraft moves them up their board.
