If IT was traded away, how much will we miss him?

Let's assume the roster stays pretty much the same as this year except we add Fultz and replace IT4 with either a future pick or a young guy that isn't ready to be a rotation player yet. I'd say we still make the playoffs, maybe even 2nd round, but that's it.
That said, I would have no problem with this as long as we got good value for IT4.

On a team that struggled to score when IT was out, you think we can beat teams like the Bulls and the Wizards?

It depends on how good Fultz is and who we get back for IT. I really don't think he's going anywhere this summer though.

Without IT we lose in the first or second round

But I'm confident Fultz could average around 17ppg if needed, and I'm assuming a player like Jaylen will also step it up next year. And while our scoring will hurt, our defense will improve. Having to hide a guy like IT at all times makes it hard to get creative on defense.

Without IT we lose in the first or second round I tend to see it this way too. This guy is an incredible scorer, one of the very best in the 4th quarter, one of the very best overall in the league. But it's not only his offense; he's also the face of the franchise, a huge fan favorite, a positive lockerroom presence, a recruiter, and a whole lot more. He's so exciting to watch. And because of personality, he absorbs the limelight and pressure off of his teammates. BUT, of course, what evens the playing field is the big contract he is going to command.

Also without him free agents won't come here. If you trade him for like a top 6 pick or something free agents won't come here. His value is more than his stats by a lot

I don't think Horford signs with us if IT was not on the team recruiting him here.
This little guy is capable of carrying the scoring load -- he's proven it throughout the year. And though he does struggle against playoff pressure defense, this is more an indication that we need additional big scorers than to say he's not good enough.
