If a GM calls you and asks what you would realistically accept for Smart, what would your cost be?

If I had to move him (I'd rather move IT4 or AB b/c they have more value) I'd ask for a pick in the 8-10 range in order to pick up that Euro guard. We'd prolly have to sweeten the pot b/c Smart on his own prolly doesn't have that value.

I'd want maybe a fairly high pick and/or a pretty good young big with potential.

If we could get the same tools in a trade for a bigger player I'd do it. The guy wouldn't have to be a big scorer, but I'd want him to rebound and defend the rim. Or if Danny thinks he could get such a player in the draft, I'd trade Smart for a pick that would allow that.
One thing that we can't afford to do is think "Jeez, the guy was the [HASH]6 pick; we can't trade him for the [HASH]15 pick". Smart's value is what it is, not what we think it should be.
