This could be fun if it happens. Let's say Ainge and Brad favor Josh Jackson over Fultz because of his work ethic, and his motor and impact on BOTH ends of the court.
Now let's say Philly really wants Lonzo Ball, and they know the Lakers are going to nab him with the second pick. So they make a deal with us:
We draft Lonzo #1 Lakers take Markelle Philly drafts Josh Jackson
We swap our Lonzo for Jackson, and to sweeten the pot, we get to swap a future first round draft pick with them unprotected.
Would Ainge and Colangelo do this you think?

Would Ainge and Colangelo do this you think? Maybe. I think the trade here, which SAC messed up, would have been a 2 for 1 in BOS favor. 5 and 10 will not get it done for 1. But, had Divac known the CBA, 3 and 10 might have got it done.

Maybe, but I think we need guys who can create offense more than anything. I'm sure Danny will explore all possibilities, but I don't want him to overthink this either. If you have a consensus best player, and you have the [HASH]1 pick, just take him and don't look back.
