It seems entirely possible BOTH finals teams could sweep all the way through the finals to the playoffs.
Has anything like that ever happened before? I can't even really remember one team doing it.
I don't think it has happened in the era of the 7 game series

Not sure why Lebron had the worst playoff game of bis career yesterday, but I hope nothing's wrong with him. I want CLE to beat the Warriors, and keep Durant from getting his cheap ring.

A few things from Game 1 of the Finals:
1) It looked like the Cavs were trying to play at the pace GS prefers, fast and hectic, and it just wasn't them. If they try it again I think they'll lose even worse as GS had multiple balls roll off the rim and Klay T won't shoot that badly again. That could easily have been a 30 point game.
2) Kevin Love isn't going to score on Klay T. - who is a helluva defender - so it's all up to LBJ and Irving. Reports are that Kyrie was running on fumes in the second half, even after a week off.
3) Tyrone Lue looks like a deer in the headlights.

Durant is an efficient, high volume scorer.

I've been saying it a lot lately. Offense wins in the NBA. Witness the offensive juggxrnaught crushing the Cavs this week
