I'm living in the moment, and savoring every game, but I'm not expecting us to brjng home the trophy this year. But looking ahead to next year and beyond, we're going to have to raise our expectations. And I'll give you 3 reasons why:
1) Zizic will be on the team. Well, he might start at Maine first, but at some point I expect him to be rebounding and playing tough D for Brad Stevens. Zizic will give us that legitimate physical presence we've been missing since Perk was traded away.
2) We're getting a top 4 pick this year, and very possibly it'll be the [HASH]1 pick. And if it is, I'm penciling in Markelle Fultz to be a Celtic. Here comes our future scoring threat, and like Zizic, should be able to see time on the court his rookie year. And that's just what we need -- more help on the offensive end.
3) Jaylen and Rozier will have a greater role and impact next year off the bench. This duo is so athletic and electric that they change the dynamics of the game when they're subbed in. And they do it on both ends of the floor. Skying for rebounds, hustling for looseballs, racing down court on the breaks, filling the lanes, hitting kickout three's, etc, these two really make a difference.
This team will only get better and better!

Add in the Free Agent singing of Gordon Hayward and we will have something special on our hands.

Add in the Free Agent singing of Gordon Hayward and we will have something special on our hands. I'm becoming less and less optimistic about Gordon leaving Utah with each playoff game they win. Just as much as us, they have a bright future ahead of them. That team, with that coach, will oniy get better. Only way I see Hayward choosing us is if he wants to get out of the Western conference.
