Was watching the Bucks play the Raptors tonight, and found it real easy to root for them. They're basically us 2 years ago. They're an up and coming team with lots to prove, and they are finding success by playing hard every night.
They're playing like we used to play, not taking any plays off, and pedal to the metal for 48 minutes. Seeing their demeanor, you understand their mentality. They're finally tasting success and feel if they lower their guard for even a second, they can easily fall back to the bottom -- and they don't want that.
We used to play like that. Teams used to hate playing us because we'd go full throttle the whole game with relentless pestering and scrapping. Boy, we don't see that very much anymore. Seems like our players think they've earned something. We haven't earned nothing yet!!

I agree with all that. It seems like this team didn't used to have 26-0 runs against us and now we do
