Bogut was traded from Dallas to Philadelphia in a trade for Nerlens Noel.
Word is going around that he's going to be bought out, and will be free to go wherever he wants.
Could he be a target once that happens?
Say we do land Paul George and get Bogut -- how good are we then?
IT Smart (assuming Bradley goes in the George trade) George Horford Bogut

I'd love to see the C's get Bogut once he is bought out. He's still a great rebounder and interior defender. Underrated passer too.

Bogut does not fit Brad's system. Brad's system is 5-guys who can shoot from anywhere.

Word is that both the Spurs and Cavs want him as a back up/ insurance. If the Celtics also want him, he needs to make a decision on whether he wants to sit on the bench and get spot minutes on a team that may be in the Finals or if he wants a bigger role on the Celtics. He'll be looking for a contract at the end of the season and so probably the bigger role would be better for that, but he may just want to chase a ring.
Of course it's also possible that the Celtics won't even go for him because of what Roadrunner said.
