Danny has done a fan-tastic job rebuilding BOS, however now is the tough part which is taking the team from 1-tier to another tier. Ex: contender to champion. Horford was both an available free agent, and a need. Is there a player available as a free agent that is both?

Our biggest need is a strong center. The more I see about Zizic, the more I think we already have the player to fill that need. Other than that, we need a scorer to go with IT. I'm not sure who will be available in free agency to fill that need.
The narrative was that we needed a superstar but I don't think that's necessarily true. We just need someone who can consistently hit their shots- another scorer and a center who can rebound.

Speaking about Zizic. He was dominating in the Adriatic League but just moved to Darussafaka Dogus Istanbul in the Euroleague to play for David Blatt to get stiffer competition to better prepare him for the NBA.
Former Celtic Semih Erden starts at center for Darussafaka and another former Celtic Luke Harangody comes off the Darussafaka bench. Former Celtics second-round pick Colton Iverson plays for Darussafaka's opponent on Thursday. So lots of Celtics ties there.
Back to Zizic, who turned 20 years old on Wednesday. In his first game, Zizic was matched up at times against former NBA forward Joey Dorsey. Zizic had four points with six rebounds along with two steals and two blocked shots in 16 minutes while using his length and non-stop motor to limit Dorsey to 2 points and 6 rebounds.
In his second game, Zizic came off the bench to score 14 points on 6-for-8 shooting with nine rebounds, again in limited minutes.
The more I see from him, the more I get excited.

I read today that David Blatt does not think Zizic will be overseas much longer. I like Amir Johnson, as a backup, but not as the starting center.
