That's a good deal. Normally you wouldn't expect to give such a guy such a long contract, but in the future that contract will look really really good and having good contracts on a team is pretty essential. Should James Young emerge it won't be hard to move either guy. Good flexibility here.
Ainge has gotten us some really good flexibility at the pg and wing spots, and to a lesser extent at pf as well.

Looks like Crowder's deal is front heavy, which is great for the C's. Small moves like this give you more cap flexibility when you need it down the road. IT2's deal is the same way. I wish we would've had the cap room to do the same with Bradley's deal.
