If she feels the same way, one of you need to find a new job... Home and work just won't work - long-term. You two might work through the problems, but your co-workers will be a major problem. They may think she gets special treatment, even if it's not so. Lots of friction from them. Take it slow and feel her up, I mean out. j/k on the last line bro... edit- Just don't put your job on the line. Give it more time than you might, had you met her at a coffee shop.

Howl, I have a rule that I've followed for a long time now, and I think it's right-- never date fellow employees. There are too many things that can go wrong. I've been attracted to felllow co-workers in the past and I think they've felt the same way towards me, but I wouldn't allow myself to let anything form unless I intended to move jobs or knew they'd be moving jobs.
Or you can always fire her ;D

closer relationships at work always exist. some of them work, majority don't. my advice is - go for it, what do have to lose? otherwise when you get older you regret that you didn't take chances you could have taken.

Good point BC- You can find a good job in a a week or so... Finding the right mate might take a life-time. Let your heart be your guide - but give it a little time to get over the infatuation stage... edit- howl- Have we got you confused yet? ;D We do care though, brother.
