And he is putting up numbers you'd expect from an NBA caliber prospect. I saw a smart player,quick lateral movement,can handle the ball. Explosive. How does that translate here against stiffer competition..? At times there appears to be 4 players guarding him yet he still scores.. impressive.

I'm not sure why they asked him to stay overseas for another year. I also thought he looked like he could step right in and play for the Celtics. In any case, I think we have a well-rounded big man on the way sometime soon. I'm guessing next year he takes Amir's place.

There is a good article in the Herald today that said that they stashed Zizic in Europe because he would get lots of playing time and since he was a bit raw would develop much quicker there than playing spot minutes in Boston or even in Maine. Danny said that both he and Yabusele and Nader are all part of wthe future but he wanted them to get a year of unlimited playing time to help them improve quickly.
