I think I'd say worst in the division or maybe 4th best on the team

When Greene hits his stride, Dickau will be #3, leaving it to OG and DW to fight it out for #1.

Lately, Dickau is playing well enough to possibly move ahead of Delonte. Reason being, Dickau is making the offense flow better right now. He pushes the ball harder right now, and he's looking to take open jumpers--something that Delonte needs work on. Doc stuck with Dickau a lot against the Spurs and we made our huge run in the 2nd quarter with Dickau at the helm.
Delonte is still the better overall player, but right now, Dicakau is playing better.

I'd say 3rd best. Greene and West are better, while Dikau is still an edge above Banks.

Don't be surprised to see Dickau getting more consistent playing time. He's showing a lot of improvement with running the team.
vs. Charlotte (11/5): 21+ minutes, 7 assists - 2 turnovers vs. Memphis (11/9): 12+ minutes, 3 assists - 1 turnover vs. San Antonio (11/11): 22+ minutes, 5 assists - 1 turnover
Over the last 3 games, this averages out to 18 minutes a game, 5 apg to only 1.3 turnovers per game.
He's starting to turn the corner and he looks much more comfortable out there.

I'd say 3rd best. Greene and West are better, while Dikau is still an edge above Banks. Now I disagree. Greene will be gone within a year. I think our primary pg focus should be West 1st, Banks 2nd and Dickau 3rd or a tie with Banks and Dickau. Orien should be moved in a package with Blount to get someone better. Orien really is nothing more than a 6'5 pg who won't be that much.

Dickau IMO is 2nd best PG right now -- offensively is playing well but still struggles on defense, whereas West can contribute in more ways with his rebounding and D.
Orien will eventually IMO surpass Dickau, once he is more comfortable with the pace of the pro game.

Way too early to think about dumping any of the PGs.

Way too early to think about dumping any of the PGs. Not looking at dumping, just rating... That's the way I see this thread anyway.

Ok, so if DD isn't Ainge's worst free agency move what was it? Scala? Blount? Jumaine Jones? Tom Gugliota?
I still say Dickau. Possibly Blount.

Gugliotta lasted through a year deal so not too bad. I would say Scalas the worst now. Blount 2nd maybe. Mike James truly had to be his best one though when he first started. I mean look at him. He may move from team to team but a Mike James is something he should have kept.

So far the only move out of that list I dont like are the resigning of Blount abd the Dickeau deal, and neither of those are really bad moves. Blount may be overpaid, but compared to other bigs in the league, his contract is really all that bad. I didnt understand the Dickeau move b/c we already had 3 PGs. Id rather of signed a travis best type for league minimum. The jumaine jones move was in a trade, and I still dont think the Scala signing was all that bad. Googs deal was so small it was unimportant. I for one am glad we didnt sign someone to a 5 year MLE contract. there was no one available this year that i wouldve wanted.
