C17, do you know why Bing retired? He put up pretty decent #s for us in his last year.

Not everybody wants to play until they become the 12th man on the roster. Some like Parish had to because of financial trouble, others just don't know when to retire. Bing put up decent numbers for us in his last year, but that was nothing compared to what he put up in his prime.

 I think it was just because he was getting older. He played 12 or 13 years and he had lost a step on defense. I believe he wanted to go out on his own terms. |
