Right on GreenWave. Do you prefer us calling you Lakershater8 or GreenWave? I'm probably going to shorten it to GW ;D
At any rate, good to have you back. And thank you, C17 for getting him back here. He's our lost sheep.

7 Birthdays?!?!?!?!?!?!?
I saw that too.
I hit the big FOUR OH today :-(
Sorry, I haven't posted for the last couple of days.
My wife surprised me, she "kidnapped" me from work on Friday and drove me to Vegas for three days!!
It was really cool, all of our families were waiting for me there, I had no clue what was going on, but it was great.
To let you know how great my wife is, on our way past Barstow I said, "But what about my games this weekend?"
"Don't worry, I tivoed them for you."
How great is she??
She tivoed my Islander , Steelers and both C's games. I think I've got a keeper here.
As for what I have seen...
Who is that guy in the Mark Blount jersey??? I see a big year, 12-14 pts and maybe 7-9 boards a game.
Paul has been fantastic. THe best part?? He looks very happy and is more vocal on the bench.
Dickau has struggled as has Delonte.
Believe it or not, I have like what I ahave seen from Orien. He hasn't shot a jumper yet, but plays ball hawking D like Marcus. He has an NBA body. (kinda reminds me of Gilbert Arenas)
Gomes has been up and down for me, but that's what I expect from a rook.
Reed will have a hard time getting minutes when TA gets back, but has showed why he IS deserving of some PT.
Perk need to stay out of foul trouble. At this point that seems unavoidable for him.
Gerald still floats out there on offense but I don't expect much from him THIS year. But I expecxt him to me a star once his body fills out and he adjusts to the NBA game. He has all the tools. He made a real nice adjustment on an alley opp from Bynum where he caught it with his right hanc an while ducking under the backboard swithced it to his left hand for a finger roll, kinda like Derren in his younger days :-)
I don't worry about wins and lossed in pre season, but our point guard battle is still WIDE open.

Wow, you really have an awesome wife. Be grateful that you have someone like her. I can only hope to one day marry a woman who will treat me as good as your wife treats you. And BTW, I don't finger roll. I dunk at all times!! Gerald Green has nothing on me.
I was thinking the same about Orien Greene. I made a comment shortly after the draft that Orien looks like Arenas, except not as bulky/stocky.
Don't get too excited about Blount. He's showed good signs in the past but failed to play that way throughout the season, and he could do that again.
As for Pierce, this is the Pierce I have no problem holding on to. As long as he is playing hard, contributing to our uptempo style, being a good example to the young guns, and not holding onto the ball too long, I would like him to remain a Celtic. But he really got on my bad side the past 2 years with his attitude and his game. But I'm seeing how he has changed and I'm willing to give him more slack.
