Last year, when I was watching Boston-Philly, Banks was tough on defense (a plus), though he was timid at the poing guard/floor general (a minus). I still have high hopes for Banks.

Yea, a sparkplug defender is what he will most likely be. Maybe a 12ppg, 3spg player if he improves.

He's need to get at least 20 minutes a game to put up those numbers. That means he'll need to be our primary backup PG. I don't know if he'll be able to beat out Delonte or Dickau.

I think it'll shape up like this:
1A. Delonte 1B. Dickau 3. Banks 4. Orien 5. Bynum
I doubt Ainge cuts Banks. He's just too talented to just cut like that. If anything, he'll try to increase Banks' value so that he can get a better trade. Orien and Bynum may go to the NBDL, but Wyc doesn't seem to think that league is totally going to work.

What league?? The NBDL? He doesn't think it will benefit those players?

I think its more along the lines of Wyc not thinking the league will function how it is designed to. I don't fully know what he's thinking about. I got this from an interview he had on 1510(?).
