Singapore - A+ (convenient, modern, clean) Paris - B- (overrated..movies make it sound so dreamy...its not) New York - A (big lights, lots to do, can get too hectic..traffic is pretty crazy) LA - B+ (can be quite expensive just doing things there) San Fran - A NJ - C (don't like it...dirty...the armpit of america i believe its called) Orlando - B+ (Disneyworld, warm weather...alotta old people) Sydney - B+ (best time to go is new years eve) Melbourne - A- Brisbane - A (get to the gold coast! amazing spot to visit) Hong Kong - B+ Bangkok - C (dirty, friend nearly died of food poisoning there and that was food he paid extra to the tour group to make sure it was "clean") Bali - A (typical tropical island resorts) London - B- (overrated, old, dirty, weather sucks most of the time) Beijing - A (getting very modern, shopping can be dirt cheap, alot of cultural value) Kuala Lumpur - B- (dirty, hot, nothing you couldn't find somewhere cleaner and cooler)
I think thats all i can think of at the top of my head from places i've been to.

I gotta couple additions
London - B+ (I agree it's dirty, crowded, and expensive, however it also has crazy history, lots of options, and has some good free stuff)
Copenhagen - B
