I dunno if this is the proper place to post this, but here goes.
Anyone here have any cool/unusual Celtic Memorobilia?
I have a Celtics ball autographed by Kevin McHale and Kevin Gamble. Besides that, nothing too cool. I missed out on having Deenis Johnson autograph the ball as well.
Anyone else?

Being from Iowa, the only things I have are memories of local players HS and college that played for the Celts. Wayne Kreklow - Drake Brad Lohaus - UofI Kevin Gamble - UofI Acie Earl - UofI (sorry for that one...I knew better, they didn't) Ricky Davis - UofI Reaf Lafrentz - IA HS via UofK I also remember Don Nelson at the end of his playing days with the C's. To young to recall his UofIowa days. Go Hawks, as it were...

Man, Iowa is basketball U compared to North Dakota. Do you remember a guy from ND named Les Jepson? I think he went to school in Iowa and played a couple years in the pros. Besides Jepson and Phil Jackson, ND hasnt had jack for big time basketball players, although Jeff Boschee had a nice career at the Univ. of Kansas.

I have a celtics stock certificate, worth 50*$27. RR- It's not worth anything, unless you sell it to the new 'partners'. It's not on the market anymore. You need to sell, like I did, then say you lost your certificate (so you can mount it on a wall). They will send you a check and you have memories of owning part of the C's - at one time.

Yeah, Phil Jackson played for UND. Hes from somewhere in the eastern part of state. I think his dad was a minister or something.
Celtic17, Les Jepson was ginormous, wasnt he? He mustve been over 7 feet. I just remember when he played in high school regionals back in the day he dwarfed everyone around him.

Phil Jackson is from Montana. You would never think a guy like Phil Jackson who loves drama would be from some university like UND.

Phil Jackson was born in Montana, but I think he grew up in North Dakota. I know he played his high school ball in Williston ND. Im guessing he went to UND more out of neccessity than anything else. I dont think he was a big time recruit. He was supposed to give the speech for UND's Graduation a year or two ago but canceled when he found out that UND was keeping the nickname 'Fighting Souix.'
