I'd like to have a 20 point lead at the half. 16 isn't near enough. Kick them while they are down and then stomp on their throats.

I like it slowed down. When the Hawks are running, we are usually not doing well. We must keep Atlanta under 90 pts to win this game. If the Halftime score is any indication, that shouldnt be a problem.

Q at the half - THe defense absolutely rules out there. Atlanta is playing a heckuva game defensively, too. I'm glad we have the 18 point halftime lead. This is what a game 7 should be. Life or death all the way down the line.

I dont mind us being slowdown either as long as we are getting good shots. I just hate when we start settling on contested shots.

I agree CF. Settling on J's will lose us this series and has lost us games in Atlanta. But an interesting stat from the last game was we had 50 pts in the paint and Atlanta had only 38. So, I think overall we are doing that, but we fall into jumpshooting mode in critical stretches it seems. I dont think its happening here, but I am concerned Ray isnt hitting some outside shots and drives. I hope he is saving it up for the end.

I wouldn't mind a 36-6 3rd Qtr just like back in 1986.

The defense and rebounding has been outstanding but we are still only shooting 41%. Not complaining but our offense still looks rocky at times. It is the playoffs and the hawks are playing tough d themselves but no excuses. We should we shoving it down their throats on both ends.
Yeah a 36-6 quarter would be nice because we are capable.

26 points is fewest allowed in a half for a playoff game. Defense is working well so far. We can't let up though. 18 point lead is nothing if they don't come out strong and go for the kill in the 3rd quarter. NO LET UPS!!!!!!!

I could go for a 36-6 third quarter as long as it is us getting the 36....
