I'll never cease to be amazed how much a series can change from one game to another -- the same players but they can look so different.
Nice win; I'm eager to see how we do in game 6. It's good that we have home court but sooner or later we have to be able to play well on the road. It would be nice to end this thing Friday.

That made me nervous when they got it down to 6 but what a finish to the quarter. Now we need to erase all doubt early in this quarter and move on to game 6. On a side note, why does it seem like Atlanta is the #1 seed? They are pushing off, over the back, and nothing is called. If we fart in the general direction of JJ or Smith they are on the line. I hate to keep picking on the Refs, but it has seemed that in these last 3 games they have been trying to get Boston to not be so intense and they feel the Hawks should get the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, thats not the right thing to do. Boston has played this way all season. One thing I have learned is that smart coaches work the Refs during breaks, timeouts, FT's and as they run down the court. They get into the Refs ears and say "watch out for this and that" and sometimes Refs buy into those things and start calling everything instead of just letting them play sometimes. That Phantom call on Pierce was nothing more than "I will show you who is in control" by the Refs. Also the Refs botched at least two Offensive calls and instead gave PP the Defensive fouls. I am really in favor of a fine for Refs who blow calls like those.

I missed the game, but glad to see we bounced back. Hopefully game 6 we dont fall into that trap of expecting to win again.

This is just what we needed. Lets hope this knocks the wind out of their sails and we can breeze through game 6 with a W.

Unfortunately by allowing them to win those two games in Atlanta we have given them confidence that they can beat us. The Hawks won those as much because of the Celtics poor play as they did with their own play because if the Celtics had played defense in those games like they did tonight, they would have swept the series. The Celtics forgot what got them here. If they remember the defense and play like they did tonight in game 6 then the series is done. They were the best road team in the regular season so it's not like they can't win on the road. I think they close it out in 6

We'll Pierce didnt hit 30, but he set the tone. Great adjustment by Doc to isolate him in the middle of the floor, instead of on the blocks. We really need pierce to be the closer we know he all is in atlanta, because the hawks aren't going to go quietly. Pierce can silence the crowd with his shot making ability. From here on out it's all on our leader Paul Pierce.
