With Pierce having a sore wrist I would imagine that Doc will give him another game to rest it and Posey will probably start in his place. Division Rivalry The Nets are out of the playoffs and the Celtics have nothing else to play for other than bragging rights in a division rivalry. The Celtics lead the series 3-0 and are looking to sweep the season series from the Nets. This is the first meeting between the two teams since the trade that sent Jason Kidd to the Mavs. |

Posey and Rondo have the night off and the others are playing. Sam starting for Rondo along with the regular starters. It is fan appreciation night and Pierce just addressed the crowd.

Perk wins the final tip of the regular season. Sam pulls up and hits a jumper. Nets turn it over. KG passes inside to RA whose shot is blocked. RA gets it back and passes to KG who scrambles for it inside and he passes to Sam who misses a jumper. Nets rebound. Sam called for a foul. Nets inbound and miss a jumper. Celtics rebound. Pierce is fouled and hits both FTs. Good defense and a block by Perk and Perk comes up with it. KG passes inside to Perk who is fouled hard as he goes for the layup. He hits the first and misses the second. Nets rebound. kicked ball called. Nets inbound with 14 on the SC. KG with a block and Celtics come away with it. Celtics turn it over. Nets miss and KG rebounds. RA misses from the top of the key Nets rebound. Nets lay it in. KG misses a baseline jumper. RA called for a foul on the rebound. Nets lose the ball out of bounds. RA hits a 3 from the corner after good ball movement to find the open man. Nets miss in the lane and rebound goes out of bounds off Nets. KG hits a fall away in the lane. Time out with Celtics up 10-2 and 7:24 left in the first

Nets inbound in the back court and bring it across. Jefferson hits a jumper in the lane. PP hits a fall away from the top of the key. KG with a steal from Swift. KG hits a jumper Nets miss and KG rebounds. Perk called for an offensive foul. Perk with good defense bothers the shot and KG tips the rebound out to Sam. PP hits a 3. Carter hits a jumper. KG hits a jumper from the top of the key. RA called for his second foul. He hits both FTs. KG misses from the FT line and Nets rebound. Jefferson hits a jumper. KG misses a layup and Sam saves it but Nets come away with it. PP with a steal to KG and Sam hits a jumper on the baseline. Krstic's shot is blocked by KG out of bounds. Powe comes in for KG. Nets inbound on the side and then throw it away. PP finds Powe inside and he is fouled. Tony comes in for Ray. Time out with 3:03 left in the first and Celtics up 21-11

PJ is in the huddle giving some instruction to Leon. They just showed a little bit of Tommy's lunch at Legal Seafood with Leon and Baby. Powe misses the first FT. Hits the second. Krstic hits a jumper. Perk with a great pass to Powe who puts it up and it bounces around and in as he is fouled. Time out with Celtics up 24-13 and 2:28 left in the first

Jefferson hits a jumper. Tony called for a travel. Sam and Pierce are replaced by House and Scal. House called for a foul. PJ comes in for Perk. Harris hits the FT. House hits a jumper. Nets rebound. Nets miss from the corner as Scal bothered the shot. House rebounds. Ppwe misses an up and under layup. PJ called for a loose ball foul. Krstic hits both FTs. House's pass goes behind PJ and Celtics turn it over. House with a steal and he takes it all the way in and misses a layup. Tony and Powe are both there but miss the tip at the buzzer. Score at the end of 1 is Celtics 25 and Nets 20

Nets inbound to start the 2nd. Nets turn it over on a bad pass out of bounds. House, Scal, PJ, Powe, Tony on the floor. Celtics turn it over. Swift lays it in. House misses a 3. Nets rebound. Krstic gets to the hoop for a dunk. Powe is fouled inside. He hits thefirst misses the second and PJ runs down the rebound on the baseline. House hits a jumper off the catch. Celtics with a steal. Tony takes it to the hoop and misses the layup but is fouled. He hits both FTs. Scal tips the pass out. Nets inbound with 6 on the SC. House steals the inbounds pass and takes it all the way for a layup. Time out with Celtics up 32-24 and 9:23 left in the half

He hits the first and misses the second. Nets rebound. Williams hits a 3 off the catch. Tony drives baseline and lays it in. Williams misses a jumper and gets his own rebound. Nachbar hits a jumper. Celtics miss and Nets rebound. PJ deflects the pass and time out is called with Celtics up 39-36 and 5:36 left in the half

Celtics miss and Nets rebound. Tony called for a foul. Baby comes in for PJ. Nets inbound. Krstic hits a jumper. Scal misses on the baseline and Nets rebound. Baby called for a foul. Krstic backs into Powe and they call Powe for a foul. TERRIBLE call!!! Powe was set and out of the circle and Krstic had traveled before. Krstic hits both free throws Baby misses a jumper. Williams with the rebound. Willaims misses a jumper. Baby rebounds. Pruitt takes it to the hoop for a layup. Ager hits a jumper from the corner. Pruitt with a nice bounce pass in to Tony under the basket for a layup. Pruitt called for a foul. Jefferson hits the first and misses the second. Powe with the rebound. Powe hits a jumper off the catch from about 15 ft. Diop with a dunk. Pruitt takes it to the hoop and is blocked by Diop. Nets miss a half court heave at the buzzer. Jefferson hits a jumper. RA turns it over. Harris takes it hard to the hoop and Perk called for his 3rd foul. Harris hits the FT. KG misses a jumper. Perk is fouled by Diop on the rebound. Celtics inbound on the side. KG tips the rebound but Nets come away with it. Krstic misses but Diop rebounds and hits the short jumper. Perk gets inside and gets Diop to fall for the fake and lays it in. Jefferson hits a jumper. KG hits a jumper. Nets miss and KG rebounds. PP misses a jumper from the top of the key. Nets rebound. Nets miss and PP grabs the weak side rebound. RA hits a 3 from the corner. Harris hits a jumper. Perk misses a jumper and is fouled but no call and Nets rebound. Harris hits a 3. Scal misses a runner and Nets rebound. Carter hits a straight away 3. Powe misses at the SC. Krstic rebounds and then turns it over. Time out with Nets up 71-64 and 2:41 left in the third. Game has gotten very sloppy. Hopefully we won't get any injuries because of it.

Nets turnover. Baby is fouled as he goes to the hoop. He front rims the first. Hits the second. Celtics back to within 1. Harris misses a jumper. Scal rebounds. House's pass is kicked. Celtics inbound with 14 on the SC. Baby hits a jumper. Krstic misses and Powe rebounds. House hits a long 3... Nets miss at the buzzer. Score at the end of 3 is Celtics 74 and Nets 71.
