when i was visiting schools in the nyc/washington region i just took amtrak and booked them online from the south station into wherever...if you got nyc you can usually get the express which is nice...

hey scrooge. for a hawaii boy, seeing snow for the first time is like a dream come true. you ever played on hot sand on the beach in december in boston? that's all we have here in hawaii in the winter time.............and fall................ and spring. you die to see snow. |

i went to disney for christmas once...and they seriously had air freezer freightered in snow...and they would dump it on the ground and it would melt in half an hour it was so funny to see the kids from places without snow they thought it was the coolest thing ever...i was like who the hell would truck in snow to have it melt in 30 mins...but i guess i could go for trucking in a piece of the beach right about now...
