6:00 2nd qtr - Celtics 2nd unit of Powe, Posey, the Allen briothers and Eddie House are matching up well with the GS small lineup.
45-40 Boston.

3:00 2nd qtr - shaping up to be a tight contest here in GS. Garnett and Perkins are back in the game and both are struggling down low. This could be a matchup problem with Monte Ellis and Baron Davis running it down the C's throat.

Good first half so far. We need to stay aggressive and play better transition D.

Q at the half:
Boston went fastbreak in GS to try to get a little seperation and they did grab a 7 point lead.
Tony Allen was the player of the half for Boston while Baron Davis and Monte Ellis paced GS.
Boston's halftime adjustments are: Keep Monte Ellis and Baron Davis out of the paint. Keep moving the ball and value ball security. Keep attacking on defense.
If they do those things, Boston will square the road trip record leaving Oakland.

OK. These refs are absolutely killing us right now. Three disgustingly horrible calls in a row. And how many missed calls for us?? Typical Celtics bias.

About 6 minutes left in the 3rd - Boston controlled the tempo and built a 10 point lead but Baron Davis is fighting hard for GS - Perkins has committed a couple of dumb fouls. KG is 5 for 14. Both bigs should come out and Doc should bring in TA to get the matchups for Boston.

The fight continues at 3:00 minutes to go 3rd qtr 76-72 Boston. The pace favors Boston - slow down HC.

Q at the turn - Boston had to withstand the 2nd major energy surge from GS. Pierce came up with a clutch 3 point play and Tony Allen contributed a TO and a fast break opportunity.
Score at the end of 3 - Bos 84, GS 82.
Stay tuned for the 4th.

Not sure if it is an injury or a DNPCD.

Not sure if it is an injury or a DNPCD. There's Baby in for Posey. Posey had another bad outing and Baby is assigned to Al Harrington. I'm concerned about the Celtics energy level right now.

This is the only reason I question Doc sometimes. Do not go away from what works. SO what if Baby is a rookie. Stay with something that is working out and dont be scared to put in a rook. Posey is on a bit of a slump, so throw in the other end of the bench.
