Rondo is in for the final play of the half. Celtics inbound on the side. PP gets it back with Jamison on him. Get it to RA who passes inside to House. House gets it back to RA on the baseline and he hits a jumper at the buzzer. Score at the half is Celtics 37 and Wizards 35.

Runrondo, I agree that Rondo was looking a little stiff out there. He probably should have sat out another game, but if the trainers felt he was ready, I guess he must have been. They may be just going to play him a little to get h im back into it without over using him.

Perk played great in the first half. Doc has to play him in the second half.

It was a weird 1st half because i liked what i saw on the offensive side but i just realized we only scored 37 points!!! Are the Wizards the new Pistons?!?..They're definitely becoming a much more physical team without Arenas and the emergence of Haywood along with others is really helping them...Rondo didn't play much(probably cause he's still a little hurt) and we need someone to step up to handle and run this offense

I liked what I saw for the most part. It wasn't pretty, but we keep playing the way we are we are going to bust out eventually again. I think i'm the only who doesn't have any issues with this team.

Washington was just playing out there mind defensively and hittign key shots. I still disagree that we need a pg that handles the ball all the time. We have several players that can handle the ball. That's why I like our offense. I think TA nad house are great backups. Ray did a really great job showing what he can do int hat roll as well in the 1st half imo. Both House and TA had some great looks inside to KG and Perk. Our passing was really good. Washington was just out of their minds. I think we bust out the 2nd half hopefully. The energy was good but we were a bit restrained imo and need to jsut play. Washington is playing like they have nothing to lose and we need to come out and crush them in the 2nd half.

Celtics inbound to start the 3rd. KG misses on the baseline and Haywood rebounds. Haywood called for an offensive foul. Perk spins around Haywood and lays it in. Travelling called on Butler. Celtics have their starters on the floor. Rondo misses a jumper from about 15 ft and Jamison rebounds. Jamison misses a 3. two Celtics fighting for the rebound lose it to the Wiz. Perk called for a foul. Jamison hits both FTs. Defensive 3 second violation on Haywood. RA hits the T. Celtics inbound on the side with 14 on the SC. Perk hits a jumper off the catch but they wave it off because he didn't beat the SC. Butler misses but Jamison is there for the put back. RA hits a 3 from the top of the arc. Stevenson misses and KG is called for a foul on Haywood as he rebounds and goes up for the put back. He hits both FTs. Rondo quickly brings it up and gets the ball to RA who misses a 3 off the catch. Wiz rebound and miss a jumper but get the tip in. KG hits a jumper from the top of the key. Wiz miss a 3 and rebound goes out of bounds to the Celtics. KG misses a jumper from outside and Wiz rebound. Jamison misses and KG rebounds and then throws it away. Jamison gets a dunk off the fast break. KG dumps it inside to Perk who lays it in. Rondo called for a foul. Butler with a big dunk to tie it at 47. KG misses a layup but Jamison tips it in as he goes for the rebound. Stevenson misses a jumepr. Celtics rebound. PP spins in the lane and he plows over the defender and lays it in. Time out with Celtics up 51-47 and 5:39 left in the third.

Rondo is definately gimpy. need to turn up the pace here. The pace was better with the 2nd unit.

Wiz inbound. Wiz fumble in the lane and PP Picks out the loose ball. PP misses a 3 and Perk battles for the rebound but it goes out to Wiz. Blatche gets the ball inside and is fouled by RA. He hits the first and misses the second. Celtics rebound. KG is doubled and Butler is called for a foul as he blocks the ball from behind. He hits both FTs. Butler has it stripped as he goes up for a layup and Wiz turn it over. RA is fouled by Jamison shooting a 3. He hits all three FTs. Stevenson drives to the hoop and is called for an offensive foul as PP takes a hard charge. Perk's pass is picked off and KG is called for a foul as he blocks Blatche's shot. It was a clean block - bad call. Double technicals given to Pierce and Blatche. He hits the first FT and misses the second. Perk rebounds. Wiz deflect it out of bounds. Celtics inbound with 12 on the SC. KG hits a jumper off the catch. Daniels hits a jumper. Rondo misses a runner in the lane and Wiz rebound. Jamison misses and Butler rebounds. Butler hits a jumper. Butler with a steal. Stevenson misses a 3 and Perk rebounds. He gets it ahead to Rondo who lays it in. Rondo called for a foul. Time out with Boston up 60-54 and 1:25 left in the third.

TA cannot handle the ball at all, House can't even bring it up past half court when they put a little pressure and Ray gets stuck in traps when he is forced to handle it..I'm not saying we need to get a PG because i believe we already have a decent one in Pruitt, I really really want to see him play..If he could be halfway decent then we would be even deeper!..And when we have problems with rebounding and fouls Powe would be great to put in since he helps those things..i still think we have small problems but the fix are already on the team! Doc will come around, he's still messing around with the lineups at certain points in the game...

House is in for Rondo. Daniels hits both FTs. Celtics have RA, PP, Perk, House, Posey on the floor. Wiz extend the pressure. House misses a 3 and Wiz rebound. Masom isses a 3 and House tracks down the rebound. Posey hits a wide open 3. Jamison hits a 3 from the side. House misses a jumper at the buzzer and score at the end of 3 is Celtics 63 and Wizards 59. Everytime the Celtics make a run, the Wiz come right back. We just can't get any breathing room

I really thought we'd pull away in the 3rd but we're still up going into the 4th...Washington is just beating us in effort and energy(They're REALLY trying hard!) and we're controlling the game in everything else..We're playing good defense, have nice ball movement, and have been setting the tempo most of the game..Just have to grind this one out it appears...

PP, Posey, Baby, House, Tony on the floor. Mason misses and Jamison rebounds. Jamison drives down the lane and Big Baby takes the charge to draw another offensive foul. Davis called for 3 seconds. Daniels misses a layup on a back door cut. Celtics rebound. Tony passes into DAvis who is fouled. He hits the first and front rims the second. Wiz rebound. Posey goes into the stands as he deflects the pass. Wiz inbound with 6 on the SC. Jamison misses a jumper. House rebounds underneath. Tony goes baseline for a big tomahawk dunk. He was really fired up after the dunk. Good to see that explosiveness again. Time out with Celtics up 68-59 8:57 left in the 4th

Butler at the line hits both FTs. Wiz with pressure in the back court. They trap House who fumbles but recovers and passes it ahead. PP hits a jumper. blocking foul on Baby. Daniels hits both FTs. Wiz again pressing House in the back court. He passes it ahead. Butler called for a push on Pierce as he catches the ball on the sideline. KG comes in for Baby. PP drives down the lane for a dunk. Wiz misses and House rebounds. Ball knocked away from PP. Celtics inbound with 8 on the SC. House hits a 3 from the corner. Time out with 7:06 left in the 4th and Celtics up 75-63

Celtics inbound and House brings it up. House misses a 3 from the top of the arc. Tony skies for the rebound. House hits a jumper from the top of the arc just inside the line. Mason rims out a jumper and KG tips it in going for the rebound. KG misses a jumper and Tony battles for the rebound but Wiz come away from it. Jamison hits a 3 from the corner. Tony misses a straight away 3 and Wiz rebound. Posey takes a charge. RA comes in for Tony. KG loses the ball inside. PP called for a foul and Haywood goes to the line. He hits both FTs. Lead is down to 7. RA brings the ball up against the pressure. PP h as it stripped by Butler and he loses it out of bounds but they give the ball to the Wiz. PP with a strip on Haywood. RA misses a layup and KG rebounds and is fouled. KG hits the first as the crowd very loudly chants MVP. He hits the second. Butler hits a jumper over PP. KG misses a short jumper in the paint. Wiz rebound. Time out with 2:34 left in the 4th and Celtics up 79-72
