Lakers win the tip. Fisher hits a jumper on the baseline over Tony. Lakers are wearing the short shorts. Rick Fox was courside taking picturs and cracking up. PP is fouled. Celtics inbound on the side. Tony uses up the shot clock and his shot hits the front rim. He was fouled on the shot and hits both FTs. Ariza misses and Perk rebounds. KG gets into the lane and drops off to Perk who lays it in. Kobe misses and Celtics rebound. Perk's shot inside is blocked by Bynum and rebound goes out of bounds off Lakers. RA hits a jumper off the inbounds pass. Lakers turn it over. Tony loses the ball twice. He recovers and gets it to KG who is blocked by Kobe. Tony gets the ball and steps out of bounds. Tony called for a foul on Fisher. His first FT rims out. Second FT is good. Tony sliips but recovers. KG hits a baseline jumper. Odom hits a jumper from the FT line. Perk is fouled by Bynum. He misses the first FT and hits the second. illegal defense called on the Celtics. Fisher misses the T. Kobe misses a jumper and rebound comes out to RA. Ball went out off Lakers. Celtics inbound on the baseline with a new 24. PP hits a jumper over Bynum. Time out with Celtics up 11-5 and 7:31 left in the first

Lakers inbound with 18 on the SC. Alley oop to Kobe is no good. Odom misses and is fouled by PP on the rebound. Lakers inbound with a fresh 24. Backdoor pass goes way over Ariza's head to the Celtics. KG backs in on Odom and hits a hook shot. RA called for a foul on Kobe. He hits both FTs. RA brings the ball up. RA misses a reverse layup and Lakers rebound. Odom misses a runner in the lane but Bynum is there for the rebound and put back. RA is fouled by Ariza as he drives into the lane. RA misses the first. hits the second. Ariza gets a hand off from Bynum and goes baseline for a huge dunk. Tony loses the ball out of bounds as Fisher plays tough defense. Kobe misses a jumper and PP rebunds. RA takes it to the hoop and lays it in. KG and Ariza called for a double technical for a shoving match on the baseline. KG is fouled inside by Odom. He hits both FTs. Kobe hits a tough fall away jumper and is fouled by Tony Kobe misses the FT. Tony gets inside and misses a dunk but is fouled. RA goes to the bench with his second foul and House is in. Tony hits both FTs. Odom hits a 3 from the corner. KG spins and takes it to the hoop and lays it in. Fisher hits a jumper. RA misses a reverse layup and Lakers rebound. Fisher misses a 3 and Perk rebounds. Perk dunks and is called for a technical for glaring after the dunk. That is just Perk's game face. He didn't say anything... just glared. Bad call. Time out with Celtics up 24-19 and 2:54 left in the first

Lakers inbound and bring it up court. No pressure from the Celtics. Odom drives and misses a layup. Celtics rebound. Tony takes it to the hoop and puts it in high off the glass. Lakers miss and rebound goes off the Lakers out of bounds. Posey and Pollard are in. PP misses in the lane. Odom rebounds Kobe misses in the lane. Rebound goes off Odom out of bounds. PP hits a jumper and is fouled by Kobe. Kobe called for a technical. PP hits the T. PP hits the FT and that was a 4 point play for PP. Kobe hits a finger roll. PP misses a straight away 3. Lakers rebound. Kobe misses and Posey rebounds. PP takes it to the hoop and Odom is called for the foul. PP hits both FTs. Kobe misses a jumper and is fouled by Pollard on the shot. He hits both FTs. Celtics inbound with 5.9 in the half. Pruitt takes it the length of the floor but his layup is blocked by Turiaf. Score at the end of 1 is Boston 32 and Lakers 23

Celtics inbound to start the second. PP hits a jumper from the FT line. Brown is fouled as he goes up for a layup. He misses the first and hits the second FT. PP takes it hard to the hoop and a lot of contact but no call. Lakers rebound. Ariza hits a jumper in the paint. Tony takes it down the lane and lays it in. Lakers turn it over. Posey takes it to the hoop and lays it in. Lakers miss inside and miss the tip. PP rebounds. Tony loses it and Farmar takes it to the hoop for a layup. Tony hits a 3 from the top of the arc on a feed from PP. Celtics knock the ball out of bounds. Time out with Celtics up 41-28 and 8:52 left in the half

Good!!! Tony's got a lot of talent. Two things Tony has got to improve on:
1) focus for the entire game
2) take care of the ball
He does these two things and he's in good shape.

Celtics miss a 3 and KG called for a foul on the rebound. Lakers inbound on the side and bring it up. Light pressre from the Celtics. Kobe misses a jumper. Odom tips the rebound out of bounds. Farmar called for a push on KG. Celtics inbound. Tony drives to the hoop and lays it in. Farmar gets it inside to Brown who is fouled. Lakers inbound on the side with 18 on the SC. Scal is in for RA. Odom shoots an airball that goes out of bounds. Posey's shot goes in and out. Odom hits a 3. KG misses a hook shot and he is hacked but no call. Lakers miss and Posey gets the rebound and is shoved out of bounds but no call. Lakers ball. Time out with Celtics up 45-31 and 5:35 left in the half

1) focus for the entire game 2) take care of the ball 1) Garnett will help with this..I saw a video online of them in the huddle and Garnett taps Allen on the head and asked him to focus.. 2) It seems like he's taking care of the ball but everytime he dribbles i cringe..it seems like he's palming the ball or something weird, but his drives have been awesome tonight... |

Scal, KG, House, Posey, Tony on the floor for the Celtics. Technical was called against Doc as he was arguing those no calls. Kobe hits the T. Lakers inbound. Kobe goes past Posey and hits a circus shot in the lane. Scal misses a 3. Lakers rebound. House called for a foul. PP comes in for Scal. Lakers inbound. Lakers turn it over on a bad pass out of bounds. Vlad called for a hold. Celtics inbound with 16 on the SC. Tony called for an offensive foul as he elbows Fisher to get him off him. Kobe misses and is fouled by Tony. Perk raised his hand but refs called it on Tony. That was Tony's 3rd foul. RA already has 3 fouls. Kobe hits both FTs to cut the lead to 9. Perk brings the ball up. House gets inside and misses a wide open layup. Kobe misses a runner and Perk rebounds. Celtics turn it over. Vladi misses a jumper LA rebounds. Kobe's 3 is short. House rebounds. KG called for a travel. Lakers on an 8-0 run. Bynum is fouled. KG is bleeding. and calling that he was the one that got hit. KG leaves the game to get the bleeding stopped. Looks like a serious cut over his eye. KG goes to the locker room.

NBA refs are jokes and get worse every year..I'm not complaining because i think they're making bad calls agaisnt us because they make bad calls on both sides and sometimes ruin the game...
We're losing are lead..let's get settled again
