Sorry, computer froze Picking up with 2:16 left in the 3rd. Celtics up 56-52. Williams blocks RA's layup out of bounds. PP into Perk for a dunk. Williams lays it in with the left hand. RA steps around his man and takes it to the hoop and is fouled. He hits both FTs. Jefferson misses and Posey rebounds. 3 second violation on Boston and Celtics turn it over. Nets miss and Posey grabs the rebound. RA is way off on his jumper. Nets rebound. Posey comes up with a steal. Tony hits a runner in the lane with 2.4. Celtics force a turnover on the inbounds pass. Davis has his shot blocked by Williams with .3 on he Clock. Big Baby misses at the buzzer. And Score at the end of the 3rd is Boston 62 and New Jersey 54

What a difference Rondo actually makes for this team. Allen shouldn't run point in a Rec League. Also, without KG in the first half, we would have been down.

Q at the turn - Celtics have gone to their bench and not gotten hurt too badly. Jefferson and Kidd look like the only Nets capable of scoring out there tonight. So our eight point lead looks good right now. Still, I think NJ will make a run at us and threaten to steal this game.
It is kind of ugly basketball but effective for the C's. Limit TO's

Nets inbound to start the 4th. Big Baby with a huge block and Celtics come away with it. Nachbar fouls Tony. He hits both FTs. Rondo with pressure in the back court as Kidd brings it up. Posey takes the charge as Kidd called for an offensive foul. Tony drives to the hoop as the SC winds down and draws the foul. He hits the first and misses the second. Nets with the rebound. Nachbar has it stripped by Rondo. Posey pulls up and hits a 3. Time out with Celtics up 68-54 and 10:19 left in the 4th. That lineup of Posey, Big Baby, RA, Rondo and Tony did really well in that stretch to start the 4th

Tony not doing too bad right now! two great drives that have produced trips to the line. Thats something we dont see from Rondo, however with Rondo playing point Tony is in his comfort zone at the 2. Extremely small lineup getting it done.

Great "D", yet again being the story line here... Rondo really came to play; Posey for 3 on the great passing to the open man!!! Up by 14!!!

Jefferson misses a 3 and rebound goes off Posey out of bounds. Williams gets the ball inside for a dunk. DAvis passes to a cutting Tony who misses a layup. Nets rebound. Posey called for a foul. Williams misses and RA gets the weak side rebound. Ray Drives to the hoop and lays it in. RJ misses a layup and rebound goes out off Celtics. PP replaces Tony. Jefferson is fouled by Big Baby as Jefferson goes flying to the ground. He hits both FTs. Big Baby drives to the hoop and Williams blocks his shot. Nets turn it over. Rondo to RA for a 3. time out with Celtics up 73-58 and 7:59 left in the 4th

Sean Williams having a block fest, but doesnt seem to have an effect on Boston as we are just killing th Nets right now! WITHOUT KG!! About time Ray Allen woke up.

PP, RA, Rondo, Big Baby, Posey on the floor. Jump ball called Nets win the tip. Kidd misses a 3. Davis, Posey and Rondo fight for the rebound and Davis rips it away from Rondo. Technical foul called on Wright. RA hits the T. Celtics inbound with 15 on the SC. Rondo called for a double dribble. Posey called for a foul. KG comes in for Big Baby who did a very good job. Nets inbound. Nets miss and Wright rebounds. Blocking foul on Posey, his 3rd. ARmstrong has it rejected by PP. Celtics miss and KG gets the rebound but can't put it in and RA is there for the rebound and layup. Jefferson hits on the baseline, PP with a pass down the lane to Rondo for a layup and foul. Rondo hits the FT. RJ hits a jumper over Posey. RJ called for a foul on Rondo. Tony comes in for RA. PP misses and Posey rebounds. Posey is fouled. He hits both FTs. Posey with a steal and he is fouled on the break. He front rims the first. hits the second. Nets turn it over as Wright falls out of bounds. Rondo drives and kicks out to KG who misses a jumper. Tony called for a foul. Scal comes in for PP. Armstrong hits both FTs. Nets pressing in the back court but Rondo speeds past. KG gets the ball inside and dunks. Nets miss and Posey rebounds. Rondo misses at the SC. KG called for a loose ball foul on the rebound. KG comes out and Powe comes in. Nets miss and Tony comes away with it. Tony takes it down the lane and lays it in. Nachbar misses and a couple of tips no good and Celtics come away with it. Armstrong is down and Nets call time out with 2:25 left in the 4th and Celtics up 86-64

Last year when we played the Pistons it seemed as though we could keep the game close for awhile and then they could just turn it on and blow past us. Now, we are the ones who can do that.... simply amazing.

Yeah, the thing is too, that our bench would usually be our starters without KG and Ray, so we actually have a good bench with experienced minutes. I am really excited about playing a team like Orlando or the Pistons.

Lost internet again, but you know how this one ends up... Powe doing a good job in there. Pruitt is in. with 8 seconds. left a foul is called Wright hits the FT. Celtics will dribble out the clock. Final score Celtics 91 Nets 69.... simply incredible.
