Well the thing about Kandi is that I don't think he ever sweated in his life. Well, to be fair the guy did rock some pretty funky looking dredlocks for a good chunk of his career. Can you imagine what they smell like once you get a sweat going. My guess is somewhere between improperly cooked duck sausage and a toddler with the flu.

come on do you know wgat you talking about the meatball (Davis) you can't say his name in one line with Wes Unseld, and I don't care what is inthe draft profiles, this guy is like Paul Pierce at 6'6'' so he can't be a center. OK you want him just to grab rebounds and block shots, I can bet that he will not grab above 2,5 maximum 3 rebounds per game he can't block even my shot, and know that I am 5'7'' cause I will crossover and throw the ball between his legs at least 10 times on a 1quadratic meter Powe maybe at the best grab 4 per game. I watched many games of Davis in the college and I tell you that this gauy can't do s*** I mean damn we got 24 on the shot clock, who will gonna wait this meatball to roll from our side to the other paint. Maybe he can do it..... if the shotclock was about let say 40. Well Kandiman at least can grab rebounds and block shots. The last year he hadn't a good numbers, but he was injured too for more of the half season. Anyways he is 10 times better that the "slow short meatball"

Talk about slow, Kandi isn't gonna blow by anyone off his cross over either, and the only time he has gotten in a hurry, was on the way to the bank, so he could deposit the money he "stole" from the Clipper's, Twolve's and Celtic's. Kandi is the biggest bust in NBA history. He is, at best, a third option at center on most any team in the NBA, with his biggest asset being his six fouls, the guy is just lazy, he had potential, like 9 years ago. I mean, let's face it, the guy checked out a long time ago, end of story.
The C's will be just fine at the Center position, with Perk playing about 28 - 30 min. and Pollard coming off the bench for 10 - 12 min. KG will slide over to the five for 8 - 10 min. a game, (more or less depending on the opponet) with Powe, Scal's, Davis and even Posey at the four. I am a huge NCAA basketball fan, and my favorite team is the KY Wildcat's, which play in my fav. conference, the SEC. I have seen LSU (who play in the SEC) play many games in the last three years, and I can tell you that Davis has very quick feet for a man his size, with a good handle, and a nice shooting touch. I promise you one thing, he will give 110% every time he steps on the floor, unlike Kandi, who has never given 100% in a game, in his 9 year career. What makes anyone think Kandi will do anything other than take up space on the bench, like he has for the last 9 years. I would love to see a line up with: Rondo, T. Allen, Posey, Powe and KG, for 8-10 min per game, now that will be a solid Defensive team. I also would like to see: House, (or Rondo) R. Allen, Pierce, Posey and KG on the floor at the same time, when the C's need some quick offense. I think the thing that some are over looking is, KG is like Duncan, they can both play the 4 or 5 just as effectively, come to think about it, KG will probably play more like 10 - 12 min. per game at the five, more in some cases. I believe the roster is set, with the possible exception of a "true" vet. point guard. I just hope Doc can handle the job, that is my only real worry, other than injury.

What's kinda sorry about Kandi is that he was throw in trade bait and just happened to not be as horrible as expected and looked positively acceptable in comparison to Blunt. But the bar has been raised and there can be no more Kandis or Blunts

Pollard is not as bad as some of ya'll think. The guy is a decent and legitimate backup center who is a known and proven rebounder who does not back down. he'll only play 12-15 minutes a game but he will give you hard-fouls, solid D, rebounding, and go up strong for putbacks.
Kandi is a little more athletic and has better post moves, but in a recent Ainge interview Danny said that he has acquired bigs who are versatile, can step outside a little, and can pass the rock, guys like Perk, KG, Scal, Big Baby, etc. I'm not sure Kandi can do all that.
