Green throws up a long shot from way out that misses everything and Celtics with a 24 second violation. Magic miss and Al rebounds. Rondo misses in the lane and perk rebounds. Rondo hits a jumper. Magic miss and Rondo tracks dwon the rebound. West misses a jumper and hill rebounds. Magic miss and Celtics track down the loose ball. Battie with a block. Hill takes it to the hoop and lays it in and draws the 5th foul on Perk. he hits the FT. Al has his shot tipped and Celtics with a 24 second violation. West with a steal and he takes it all the way for a dunk. Turkoglu hits a 3. West drives baseline and lays it in and is fouled by Howard. he hits the FT. Dooling hits a 3 from the corner. West takes it to the hoop and misses a layup. Darko rebounds. Dooling takes it hard to the hoop and lays it in. Time out with Magic up 72-53 and 2:53 left in the 3rd

dooling hits the FT. Al takes it to the hoop and lays it in. Nelson misses a jumper as he is fouled by Rondo. Nelson hits both FTs. Al with a nice pass inside to West who lays it in. Again he is fouled but no call. Magic miss and Celtics rebound. Rondo gets the ball to al as Turkoglu falls on him. He was going up for a shot but they say side out. Howard called for a foul on Al as he goes up on the baseline. Al misses both FTs. Celtics rebound. Al gets the ball inside from Rondo for a 2 handed dunk. Green gets the loose ball. Nelson with a steal. Nelson hits a 3 over Green. West takes it to the hoop and lays it in but No basket as they call an offensive foul.... Another bad call. Howard gets inside for a layup. Score at the end of 3 is Orlando 80 and Celtics 59

I kinda think it's funny the way J Nelson goes after Bassy. I guess he's still not over being drafted after him

Magic inbound to start the 4th. Dooling steps out of bounds as he is double teamed. Rondo is tripped by Darko. Celtics inbound on the side with 10 on the SC. Rondo West Powe Green and Al on the floor. Rondo hits a jumper in the lane at the SC. Darko should have been called for an offensive foul but no call. Foul called on Rondo. Dooling misses and Al grabs the rebound away from Darko. Foul called on Al - another bad call. 3 second violation on Battie. West hits a floater with the left hand. Rondo with good defense and Magic called for 24 second violation. West misses a jumper and Arroyo rebounds. Green called for a foul. Ray comes in for Green and Orlando inbounds on the side. Arroyo hits a jumper. West misses a jumper from the corner. Battie called for a foul on the rebound. Time out with Magic up 80-63 and 8:30 left in the 4th.

West at the line hits both FTs. Celtics with some pressure in the back court. Battie shoots an airball with 3 on the SC and another 24 second violation. West hits a 3. Dooling hits a 3 from the corner. West takes it hard on the baseline and is fouled by Battie. Al misses a jumper a the SC and Magic rebound. Darko gets the ball inside for a dunk. Time out with Magic up 85-68 and 6:38 left in the 4th. Celtics had the lead down to 12 but the Magic quickly got it back up to 17.

Ray hits a 3 on a feed from Rondo. West with a steal. he takes it hard at Turkoglu and he draws the foul. He back rims the first. He hits the second. Ray with a steal. He gets it to Rondo who lays it down to West for a layup. Time out with Magic up 85-74 and 5:53 left in the 4th.

Magic inbound and bring it up. Magic miss and Perk rebounds. Al with a nice hand off to West who has it blocke out of bounds. Ray misses from the corner and Perk rebounds and dunks. Magic turn it over. Al spins around Darko on the baseline and lays it in. Lead is down to 7. Time out with Magic up 85-78 and 4:38 left in the 4th

Celtics pressing in the back court. Nelson loses the ball. Al hits a jump hook. Hill is fouled on the baseline by Ray. Hill hits both FTs. West misses a fall away. Howard pulls down the rebound. Perk with a steal. Hill hits Rondo hard as he goes to the basket. Rondo is slow to get up but he is ok. He hits both FTs. Turkoglu misses a 3 and Nelson chases down the rebound but loses it out of bounds. Time out with Magic up 87-82 and 2:47 left in the 4th.

Magic miss and Al saves it but Magic come up with it. howard goes baseline and Perk bothers the shot. Al rebounds. Al gets the ball inside and lays it in. Celtics pressing in the back court. Turkoglu loses it out of bounds as perk and Al double him. Al spins to the basket and steps through the double and lays it in. Nelson misses and perk rebounds. he gets it to West up ahead but he loses it out of bounds. Time out with 39.2 in the 4th. Magic up 87-86

Magic inbound on the side. Nelson misses a jumper. Howard rebounds and is fouled. He misses both FTs. perk rebounds and calls time out. Doc didn't want a time out but wanted to push the ball off the miss but Perk didn't hear him call that. Celtics inbound with 12.7 left in the 4th and down by 1.

Celtics inbound on the side with 4.6 on the clock. Rondo gets it in to West and his shot is blocked by Turkoglu and Magic wins it 88-86. West was fouled on the shot and once again no foul called. The refs were terrible tonight. Funny, I didn't see any of Doc's creative lineups tonight... or Ray at the point... Or Al and Perk sitting at the end... or Doc's so called seeing what the bench could do in crunch time.... If he was going to do all that before clinching the 2nd worst record he should still do it now.... It just shows he was tanking and not as he said, playing for next year.

If he was going to do all that before clinching the 2nd worst record he should still do it now.... It just shows he was tanking and not as he said, playing for next year. I'm sure Doc was instructed to coach half assed this year judging by his approach. Well, we have enough game data to assemble everyones wish lists. My hope is that the Owners and Danny say no extension but we offer to keep you as coach for one more year to prove yourself and that Doc turns his keys to his office in, tells Wyc & Danny to take this job and shove it, and goes back to the TNT studio this spring and announces that he resigns this Wednesday night or Thursday. I pray to Red Auerbach that this is what happens. |
