Jeffries hits a jumper. Jeffries knocks it away from PP and saves it inbounds. Balkman misses and Al rebounds. Scal hits a jumper. Jeffries hits a jumper. PP takes it to the hoop and is fouled. Pierce hits both FTs. Richardson hits a 3. Scal hits a 3 and he gets them on their feet. Defensive 3 second call on the Celtics. Marbury hits the T. Knicks inbound. Curry takes it to the basket and Perk gets a block but is called for a foul. Rondo goes to the basket and has his shot blocked. Rondo steals the ball from Curry and immediately tosses a 3/4 court shot up but misses at the buzzer. Score at the half is Boston 57 and New York 37

Scala might actually win us a game by himself. I don't care what anyone says. I'd take Scala in his worst season at 3 mill over Raef in his best year with his salary of over 10 mill.

Knicks inbound to start the third. Richardson is fouled by Scal and misses the first FT hits the second. PP misses a jumper. Jeffries called for a foul and PP goes to the line. PP misses the first and hits the second. Perk blocks Curry's shot. He blocks the put back but is called for a foul. Curry misses the first hits the second FT. Scal misses a 3 from the corner. Marbury with the rebound. Richardson hits a jumper. Richardson with a steal. Scal with a block and West scrambles for the loose ball. Frye with a block and Knicks come away with it. Jeffries gets inside for a layup. West loses the handle but recovers and scoops it out to scal who misses a 3. Knicks rebound. Marbury misses a 3 and West called for a foul. He hits all 3 FTs. Lead is down to 12. Celtics turn it over. Marbury misses and Jeffries rebounds and puts it back. Time out with Celtics up 58-48 and 8:39 left in the third. The Celtics are letting them back into it. Time to put Rondo back in.

Perk with a great pass to Al cutting down the lane and he dunks it and draws the foul on Jeffries. he hits the FT. Marbury hits a 3. West takes it to the basket and loses it on the way up. Knicks rebounds. Marbury misses a 3 but jeffries comes over everyone for the put back. PP takes it to the basket and is fouled. Celtics inbound. PP hits a jumper behind a screen from Perk. Richardson hits a 3. Lead is cut to 5. West takes it to the basket and misses a layup. Knicks rebound. Frye gets inside and misses a layup but gets his own rebound and is fouled on the put back attempt. Perk goes out with 4 fouls and Rondo comes in for West. Rondo, Gomes, Scal, PP and Al on the floor. PP hits a jumper. Richarson hits a 3. Time out with Celtics up 65-62 and 4:37 left in the third. I am getting creepy deja vu of the last Knicks game where they came back and beat us after we had a 20+ point lead

Looks like Philly will win and what was Dufus Doc doing by letting West run the point now New York is kicking our butt. Terrible coaching by Doc. Telfair was playing well pulling the game out in Houston and his reward - DNPCD. :nonono:

Curry hits a hook shot over Al. PP drives into a triple team and misses a shot. Knicks rebound. Curry misses a jumper and Al rebounds. Rondo turns it over trying to get it inside to Al. Richardson backs his way in and is fouled by West. He hits the first. Green comes in for West. Al is fouled by Curry as he drives baseline to the basket. Al hits the first misses the second and Rondo flies in to grab the rebound. Green hits a 3 on a nice feed from Rondo. Curry bulls his way past Al for a layup. PP misses a jumper. Curry rebounds. Richardson hits a 3. Lead is down to 1. Green hits a 3 from the corner. Knicks miss a heave at the buzzer. Score at the end of 3 is Boston 77 and New York 73
