Once again, Dennis Johnson was left out of the finalists for the Hall of Fame. He won 1 championship with Seattle and 2 more with Boston. Larry Bird said that he is the best player that he ever played with. Joe Dumars, who was a contemporary with a similar game was inducted in 2006 and yet DJ has yet to be nominated. There is something wrong when a player like DJ is snubbed year after year for induction into the Hall.

I think this is bogus too FL! ! ! Maybe if DJ gets back into the game, via coaching, he will have his name out there for people to take notice. Not that his game didn't ay enough the way it was. One of the best defensive players and team leaders/floor-generals ever (if nothing else, his generation).
He will be in. It should be sooner, rather than later.

The Hall of Fame is popularity contest. How many times, do we see player A, get selected over player B, and both players are equal?
