I kinda hate to say this but Qbox has at least some reason to be concerned about our talent and this is why. A lot of our players aren't little kids any more and have been given tons of playing time. Some of these players might be nearly finished developing. For some of these guys this might be the way it's going to be.
Al J. I think he's about 70% of what he will become. He's broken through and isn't done growing but we don't know.
Gomes - Maybe 85% of what he might become.
Delonte - Maybe 82% of what he might become.
Bassy. - He should be making serious progress by now. He's not. He might be 75% of what he might become now. This might be it.
Rondo - 40%. Thank you God.
Perk. - If he doesn't get healthy there is a good chance we have seen the best from him and that he is 90ish% of where he will be.
TA - Injury clouds everything. If he comes back and can consistently do 90% of what he was doing for like 12 games before he got hurt we should consider ourselves VERY lucky.
GG - Maybe 30% of what he can be. Why hasn't he progressed further than this by now? He looks almost worse than last year. I don't think there has ever been a player who needs the dunk contest more than him. If he does good it's really good. If he does bad that's really bad. I never thought the dunk contest could possibly be so important but he really needs it. And he needs to basically win it (which I'm pretty sure he will)
Powe - WE HAVE NO FRICKIN IDEA! Thank you for all the massive amounts of development minutes Doc. Thanks for all those times you play Kandi and Scala.
Ray - Hidden gem. 65% of what he can be. Such a hidden gem we didn't know we had him and now that PP is back we don't know again.
So quite a few of our players may be mostly done developing by now. Hate to say it but it could be true. A lot of these guys have gotten a lot of minutes and really haven't done that much. Next year Kandi is gone and we bring in two draft picks. So what happens? Nobody knows.
