Its just amazing seeing him blossom before our eyes, and its even scarier to think how good he'll be in 3 years, when he's 25.
He's right now averaging 14 ppg and 10.5 rpg, and this is far from the best we can expect from Jefferson offensively. He's basically only relying on his soft touch around the rim. Wait till he starts utilizing his jumper more, as well as doing a lot more pump fakes near the basket (which will enable him to get to the free throw line more).
At the end of this season, I predict that Jefferson will be averaging 15.5 ppg and 11 rpg, plus 2 bpg.

He needs to bulk up so he can be a type A PF. Yup he is a keeper and we will be shelling out big bucks soon for him.

Yeah, I think that's the plan this offseason; to bulk up his upperbody a bit. Not too much because it may slow him down. He's at his best when he's able to get around his man.
With more seasoning with Clifford Ray, I'm tempted to think that Jefferson can be a top 3 rebounder in the east--behind of Howard and Okafor. He's practically an 11 rpg guy right now. He's an excellent defensive rebounder, but I can see more improvement on the offensive glass.
Jefferson will never remind anyone of Bill Russel, but he's becoming a decent defender, especially when you consider how bad he was initially. 1.5 bpg right now, at this stage of his development, is pretty good in my book.
