Not too bad of a showing by the young pups against a veteran team like the Kings. Delonte had a very good welcome-back game. I would like to see him continue to shoot the ball aggressively. Our PG's need to score because it'll space out the floor better.
Jefferson had another solid game. Funny, but 23 and 11 just doesn't seem like a big deal anymore coming from Al--its coming to the point where I sort of expect it. He's taken that big of a leap in development this season.
I really don't mind this loss. We held a lead all the way up to the 4th quarter but just couldn't close the deal. We're young and it will happen. Main things is that the young players are developing and producing.
I take it that Gerald was being guarded by Ron Artest?

It sounds crummy to say, but we need to lose games like this. I can def. see the Kings going to full tank mode this year, and we need to lose games against teams that we will be jockeying for lotto postion with.

Not a good sign when we drop games to decaying franchises like the Sacremento Kings. How is that development plan really going? WHy isn't the coach driving them harder?

WHy isn't the coach driving them harder? I dont think that you can fault the kids for lack of effort. They seem to be trying their hardest. Their just not good enough to win.
