karma for Derren for pointing out that Europe's team strategies are ahead of ours. This is the only reason teams like Lithuania and Croatia keep whipping us in the Olympics and soon enough France and Spain will catch up. It's why guys like Anthony Parker and Bargnani can come here and contribute. It's why at the age of 33ish Sabonis came here and made passes and shots nobody had ever seen a big man make. The big man that can shoot is due in a big way to the Novitskis and Turkoglus and Pejas and Toni Kukoc's. AND they can pass. Yet another reason Bird was a decade ahead of his time. Now if only they played D like Bird. It took Dirk like 7 years to be able to do that.

Right. Toronto has gotten a few good international players (Parker, Garbajosa, Bargnani).
I wonder if Ainge is looking for some proven international veterans to sign?
