I guess I had to put PP up there since he's leading the team in assists again

I'm not going to vote because I'm a big fan of both. But I will state my opinions.
Both have their strengths and weaknesses, but neither are being used right by Doc.
Rajon is a better natural passer and has a higher level of instincts than Bassy, while Sebastian is more of a leader who has the ability to take control of the team vocally and with his play.
Telfair has a better jumper, which will help him to be a better all around scorer, while Rajon is a better slasher and finisher (and he's also got a nice tear drop floater).
Rajon is much much much better defensively (though he still has to bulk up more so he won't get pushed around).
Overall, Rajon has more abilities and intangibles, but Telfair has the star quality personality and aura to him that makes me a believer.

Uh oh Derren. You are in love with two different men. You have a conflict of interest. I'm glad I don't have that problem.

I think Rondo is going to be our best PG. He is still young and hasn't gotten much playing time. But he has all the tools to be a great PG. When he gets the confidence and the experience I can see him being a top 5 PG. I think Telfair can also be a good PG but I think Rondo is better. Telfair seems to be better in the half court while Rondo is better on a running team. I prefer to have a running team. West plays well for a converted PG but he isn't a pure point. I like West better at the 2. And I agree with Derren Doc doesn't use any of them right.

Rondo could very well turn out to be the better PG, and I'd be just as happy. But there's something about Telfair that just tells me that he could be a really good one too.
One thing I'd like to see more of from the both of them is their scoring. They have to score if they want to open up the floor for others. Look at Steve Nash, Chris Paul and Deron Williams, and the rest of the good PG's--they all have good scoring stats. I'm not talking about ball hogs--that's not what I want and that's not what we need. But points from the PG spot are valuable because it keeps defenses honest.

They will improve their scoring as they get more experience. Especially Rondo who spends a lot of time working on his. Jason Kidd couldn't shoot when he first came into the league either and look at him now.

Rondo is going to have to work extrememly hard on his jumpers because he is a long ways still. I don't even think Kidd's jumpers (as a young guy) were as bad as Rondo's. I will say this; as soon as Rondo becomes good at pulling up and hitting elbow jumpers off the dribble, the PG competition will be over and he will win hands down. Telfair has the ability to do this (though not consistent right now) and that's the reason why I think he's ahead of Rajon right now. But all Rondo is missing is this weapon and if he harnesses this, he will be a complete PG.
Telfair will always have Rajon breathing down his neck because he will never be as good defensively as Rondo and he doesn't have the athleticism that Rondo has. But if he stays ahead of Rajon offensively, Doc will continue to use him more. The assists will come whenever Doc realizes that he's not using these two properly.

Right now, I'd say Delonte.

Currently Rondo has a higher shooting percentage than either West or Bassy, who are both below 40%. So we can't really say his shooting is keeping him off the floor. Granted he shoots less threes.

Rondo's shooting percentages are higher because he does more of his scoring off of layups. Telfair takes a whole lot more jumpers.
Its unfortunate that we went away (again!!) from the pick and rolls. For one game, we seemed to utilize this play, and it was effective. But were back to shelving it again.

I'd like to see the 2 of them basically split time. Have to increase Rondo's time gradually. The year is a loss as far as going far in the postseason. So the year is about finding the best PG play, getting AJ set at the 4, and figuring out how to best use Green. Everything else is smoke and mirrors.

They both have their strengths and weaknesses. The more we get to see them play, we see that they both add their own abilities that help the team.
I think Doc needs to do a better job of knowing whom to use at particular times of the game. There are sometimes when we need a surge of energy, and that's when he needs to quickly bring in Rajon. There are times when we go into the halfcourt mode and need Telfair's jumper to keep defenses from sagging, and that's when he needs to use Telfair.
Sometimes Doc will stick with Telfair for too long, when we really need Rajon in there to speed things up. Or sometimes, we'll be too young out there and we'll need a vocal figure to come and take charge, and that's when Telfair helps.
Doc has to get better at sensing when to sub players. I think he butchers this at times.

This quote in one of today's articles rrom Doc is interesting:
"And I think the guy who has really improved his place on this team is Rajon (Rondo). I think he’s moved up to lead the pack"

I'm with fresh, and i still say it's Delonte. I prefer Rondo over Telfair...

Just to note, Delonte is by far the most experienced pg we have right now. People say he's not a pure pg but he runs the offense a hell of a lot better than Telfair or Rondo right now.
