Yes it bites when your Laker friends remind of a Celtic loss to them. And Sprash, according to yourself, we were eliminated from the playoffs after losing at home to Milwaukee. Get your facts straight, brother. Tonight's game was a product of coming out flat, a day late, and a dollar short. Hopefully, everyone here understands we need Tony Allen and Alan Jefferson both to step up and produce for this team. One did tonight, the other did not. I got to wonder if we will be looking for help at PF this offseason should Al Jefferson continue to struggle.

Our rollercoaster ride continues: played well yesterday, fall flat tonight. We really need to learn how to play defense for four quarters and not just sporadically. I'm taping the local replay of the game and will watch it so I could suffer through all the painful details.
Perk put up great numbers for only 14 minutes: 8 boards, 3 blocks, 3 assists, ZERO turnovers. Only had 3 fouls, so not sure why he didn't play more.
It's hard to see the potential in this team yet have to wait for it to come to fruition -- PATIENCE will have to continue to be our mantra.

Our defense is always flat in the beginning and we only seem to play good defense when we are in a hole and have to dig our way out. We need to start stressing it and defend for 48 minutes. Perk turned his ankle at the beginning of the fourth quarter. He went back to the locker room but did come back out to the bench. He went back in only for a very short while at the end.

Injuries have ruined the year. A veteran team can bounce back from injuries much q uicker than a young team which is still trying to learn how to play and play together and what roles each player has.
IMHO Perk has shown more progress this year than AJ has. That has been somewhat surprising to me. Both need some special work over the summer Not sure how they can get it since they're through with the summer leagues.
Has anyone heard anything about Allen's legal problems?
Wonder what it would be like next year to start Allen, if he holds things together, and bring Wally off the tench? Line up the stronger defensive 2 against the other teams' stronger offensive 2 at the start of the game, and align Wally against the other team's bench player? In effect use Allen to try to wear down the other team's 2.
