West did not get a foul call on his missed layup.
That could have cut it 3 points and a 1 possestion game.

You are most Welcome C17. Glad you enjoy it. Wally is still stuggling somewhat to fit in and hasn't really found his shot yet. Perk and West continue to play very well and are a bright spot. PP has been trying to take games over and do too much but who can blame him when nobody else can seem to hit shots. We have been missing way too many bunnies and to me that is concentration and not finishing when you go to the basket. I think the starting unit will come around. Our bench right now has no offense. Orien has hit some shots but passes up way more than he takes because he has no confidence in his shot yet. Tony has no lift and his jumper is flat and he has trouble finishing around the basket. Scal shoots and shoots and shoots but isn't that great of a shooter. I would love to get to see more of Gomes. I really think he is going to be a nice player if Doc would give him a chance. I just wish one of those end of the game garbage time shots would go in for Green. That would be big for him!!! We always seem to have a former Celtic come out determined to bury us. Tonight it was Battie. Monday it will be Walker and Payton. They always have career games against us I love Perk and really love the progress and confidence I see in his game. I just wish Al was developing with him. Good to hear it will only be 2 -3 weeks but then it will be a couple of weeks again till he gets back to normal if his past sprains are any indication.

we could have won & probably would have, if Al wasn't injured. The problem with our current roster is the lack of shooters.
Perk is really becoming a freak! 10 boards & 6 blocks, way to go man! This guy is going to be really scary when he hits his prime.

It's a shame about Jefferson, he had put together some good games, and was off to a good start vs the Clippers (6 rebounds in 7 minutes). But Perkins is really taking advantage of his increased minutes. Too bad our offense has gone south; we finally improve in one area, then another one goes south.

I agree with your game assessment, FL12. We are missing too many easy shots.
But more importantly, we aren't getting the defensive stops we need. Delonte did a terrific job on Steve Francis, and Perkins was a terror tonight (6 blocks!!). Yeah, Jefferson's injury is a big blessing for Perk because he'll get a lot of the minutes that Jefferson would have gotten. In a way, its better to focus on developing one big man at a time, instead of trying to balance out developing 2 bigs by splitting their playing time.
Doc needs to start playing Gomes. Scal has his role (scrappy energy and giving us a mobile big man), but Gomes can be a better contributor on the boards and provide us putback shots.
I like Orien's development, but he needs to start attacking the basket more, and look for his own shot. He's a slick ball handler and is strong enough to absorb bumps when driving the lane. Plus, with his jumping ability, he's got the goods to be able to penetrate into the lane and get off his own shot.
Seems like his slashing could open up plays for others, and I'm very interested in Orien becoming more aggressive to see if it does.

;D That was the easiest karma point I've ever earned--all I had to say was "Orien Greene".
He's not being used properly. He's at his best when he's got the ball in his hands and penetrating into the paint. He's got the feel for passing the ball in tight spots and he makes the right decisions almost every opportunity I've seen him be in.
Doc has got to use him to roam with the ball more, weaving passed screens and picks, and just waiting for an opening in the defense to deliver a pass or cut to the basket (or pop a J). And while he's doing that, have guys move around the court, cut through the lane, and get into the open parts on the court.
