Scal is just a regular dude and Perk is way off base and uncalled for. In this clip you can really sense that Perk is using Scal as a scapegoat and is too scared to either apologize or talk like this to anyone else. Just disgusting that Perk calls out Scal in street clothes and wasn't a part of the championship. Classless. Kudos to Scal. BTW< I love Scal and think he has a good heart and is good for us and a real Celtic.

Frankly I don't like either one. Perk is an attention-seeking blowhard, and Scal condescends all the time to Drew, and says a lot of dumb things.

Scal talks nonsense sometimes I agree, but he is a Celtic4Life. I respect him a lot more than a former one time player ona title team who we traded after, who is being paid to talk bs and attacked his former team that gave him his career. If Perk doesn't get a title he wouldn't even be on TV. He was disrespectful to our team our coach and our history. We gave him the opportunity to be a champion not the other way around.
Th point is he is using Scal as a scapegoat just for saying THE CELTICS SAID PERK IS NOT WELCOME. Why be pissy at Scal who is actually your friend and has no control or say on who comes and goes. Perk sowed his oats and chose hot takes over the Celtics. I don't see Perk talking smack to Joe Mazzulla who didn't want him around his players after the disrespect.
The difference is Scal is good-hearted and says goofy things and so did Heinsoihn before people warmed to his style of color commentary. But I NEVER questioned Tom's loyalty. I'm am not for minute saying Scal is in Tommys stratosphere, but Scal also deeply cares about this team and I've never questioned his Celtics integrity. Even Ray Allen was always respectful.
Perk is apparently meeting with Mad Maz to break bread, so hopefully Perk will get his stuff together and humble himself. Even still, Perk is still hating on Scal for nothing. He is bullying Scal because he is an easy target. I'm extremely disappointed in Perk and I hope maybe Truth or Ticket checks him for Scal. I hope Joe does too.
