Per reports Baylor will be assigned to Maine Celtics in order to develop.Still a guaranteed roster spot but since he is under rookie contract which allows rookies to be sent down to G league. Hope he comes back with more sharpened skills and confidence.

Makes sense. He needs minutes, and he's not going to get that on varsity team.

This is a good thing for Schei. It's a bad thing only from the stand point it would've been amazing if he was more NBA ready, like Knecht but that is not realistic and a lot to ask of the 30th pick rookie let alone the 17th. So, it is mostly a good thing as you said fresh, he needs mins and to get into the flow of our Pro system. Look what is has done for Queta and Walsh.
