Springer was the big revelation to me. We've heard about his defensive abilities but he showed more offensive ability than I thought he had. Shooting, ball-handling and passing - all better than I expected. And no turnovers. He seemed to be playing at his own pace, quick but not rushed. This is a guy who I can see fitting into our switch everything defense. More so than say, JD.

Scheierman also looked good after his initial butterflies. Quick release, good passer.
