We can only target vet minimum free agent signings. Any interest in:
Cedi Osman Gordon Hayward Dario Saric Kyle Lowry Jeff Green Robert Covington Joe Ingles Luke Kennard

Saric would be a nice fit, but we dont need any more bigs.
I'd love to see Gordon have a 2nd run as a Celtic. Even if he's waiving a towel on the bench. It worries me that he wasnt able to crack OKC's playoff rotation.
Kyle Lowry would also be a nice fit on a one year deal.

I wouldn't really take any of these guys but if we were gonna take someone I might consider Gordan but he's never been the same when he got injured in his first ever game with us.
If I had to pick maybe Kennard just because of his youth.
Otherwise, I am with Freshcycle, I would rather have maybe another PG/SG combo guy. Just not Lowry.

I'd like a savvy veteran scorer who plays 10-12 minutes (or whenever he's needed). Basically a guy Mazzula can toss in there when the bench offense needs help.

Could we entice Derozan to come here for the vet minimum, win a title with us, and then go hunting for big money next summer?

I would say no as well.
However, if it were possible he would have to really take on a backup to a backup to a backup role and embrace playing D. If he is gonna Kyrie his way over here thinking he is the best player I don't want him.
I don't think he has it in him and I doubt he knows what D is.

According to Marcus Morris, Celtics will sign Marcus Morris back in green as our FA signing.

Any way we can steal David Duke Jr. from Spurs in FA?

I'm not sure we'll sign anyone right now. We have to remember that whatever we pay the guy, it's effectively much more because of the tax penalty. Maybe we wait until we see what we have in Schei and how some of the other guys look with more playing time.

Marcus tweeted it out on his X that he had met with Boston and another team but that Boston would sign him. I do not want him here. Great shooter can get hot but we have like 4 players on this team who can do that and more without personality issues.

I do not anticipate that rumor to be true considering Marcus was the source

Would you be interested in Hayward for the minimum?
I think he could teach Howzah and Schei a thing or two about playmaking using smarts without great speed and athleticism.
