Ok, not saying he's as good as peak Klay, but wasn't KT pretty much a catch and shoot guy? In the right offense, with guys looking for him, Sam could definitely increase his 9 pts per game. Duncan Robinson scored around 13 PPG in several seasons with MIA.

Like I was mentioning to Loy, I don't know if Hauser has that kind of mentality of being an offensive initiator (even on, say, Tyler Herro's level). Now on the other hand, you mentioned Duncan Robinson -- he is more like the scorer I think Hauser can be.

Do you guys see a world where Sam Hauser plays his way into the starting lineup as a SF?

Do you guys see a world where Sam Hauser plays his way into the starting lineup as a SF? I could see Sam spot start quite a bit actually depending on needs and matchups. The great part of Hausers game is he is a big swing even playing PF mins if needed. Now is he a long term starter? That I doubt. He has a window I think of maybe 3 to 4 years IMO. I see him more as a sixth man who will fill up buckets from deep fast and drop 20+ on occasions when he's really hot.

Now that's something we haven't see all year! I thought of you many times this year when Hauser went off.

Do you guys see a world where Sam Hauser plays his way into the starting lineup as a SF? I recall Hauser started a few games this year, because of injuries/rest. I do not see him as a starter, because BOS lacks depth at the BIGS and the WINGS/SWINGS always played.
