Jabari goes 3. I'm not so big on Jabari. I mean if he's supposed to be 3rd or 4th best player on your team, he'll be great. But in HOU, he might be the [HASH]2 after Jalen Green (I'm assuming Jabari will get more attention than Sengun).

Jay Bilas just called Chet Holmgren a baby Giannis and I just can't even. Bilas shouldn't have done that. I'm big on Holmgren, but you can't comp him to Giannis. But you watch, Chet is going to impress. Perk did it too! He said if Giannis and Porzingis had a baby it would be Chet Holmgren. I gotta say that's not how I envision such a baby.

Keegan Murray is a terrfic talent, very efficient all over the court, but not a singular great player. If he was 6'10", I'd say he's the next Horford. At 6'8" a tad undersized for the 4, and not elusive enough to be a 3.

He'll be a a really good shot blocker/alterer. A good offensive rebounder and putback scorer.

I was thinking the baby of Giannis and Porzingis might actually come out more like Tatum

DET takes Jaden Ivey. That gives DET an incredible backcourt with Cade Cunningham and Ivey.
IND takes Ben Mathurin. And really good shooter and athlete. I think he's a nice piece, but not a guy who should've been taken at 6.

This year is a lot different because we do not have a first round pick. But it'll still be fun to do a mock draft challenge (let's do a top 10 challenge). 1. ORL - Jabari Smith 2. OKC - Paolo Banchero 3. HOU - Jaden Ivey 4. SAC - Chet Holmgren 5. DET - Keegan Murray 6. IND - Benedict Mathurin 7. POR - Dyson Daniels 8. NOR - Shaedon Sharpe 9. SA - Ousmane Dieng 10. WAS - Jalen Duran So far, I only hit on one. IND taking Mathurin.

POR taking Shaedon Sharpe. They're adding solid young athletes with Anfernee Simons and now Shaedon Sharpe.

Dyson Daniels goes to NOR. Good size for a Point, and he's somewhat dynamic. If they can hold onto Zion and Ingram continues to progress, Daniels could be that PG who adds jazz to that team.

I'm happy for ORL that they took Banchero instead of Jabari. They've been a junk team for a long time, and I think Banchero at the 4 instead of Jabari Smith makes good sense.

I think AJ Griffin is way overrated.

San Antonio takes Jeremy Sochan.
I like this move for them. Sochan is an all around talent who can fit into any system without needing to be a star. Very Spurs selection.

Orlando taking Banchero gives them a good frontcourt. Wendell Carter Jr. is their defensive anchor, letting Banchero be that offensive workhorse. And with Franz Wagner at the 3, the have good size and production at the 3, 4 and 5. Yeah, and with Cole Anthony and Fultz they have some backcourt guys that can play a little bit too
