Tatum, look long and hard in the mirror, and ask yourself what can you do to never let this happen again. Definitely stop looking at the refs…..sry had to say that.

I feel like the coaches told them to not play help defense. Seems like the entire game everyone except Rob stayed with their guy. Maybe for rebounding purposes? It’s happened most of the game. Really strange. Maybe a bad take on my end but I’ve watched all of them stand and watch the one on one on the warriors drives. This is a very good point. It drove me nuts in the 2nd half how no one was giving any weakside help outside of Rob. That said, Boston's defense was fine. You're never gonna win a chip if you keep scoring 90-95 ppg. It's not the 90s anymore.

Here's hoping Tatum and Brown can learn from this. Often times a team needs a heartbreak or two before making that chip run. The shame is this one was there for the taking. GS is a damn good time, but they're not a world-beater.

I love Marcus, but he cannot be the guy with the ball in his hands late. His utter inability to score in the paint is a problem. Dude can have a size advantage and he still can't score over people. His length is good, so im guessing his vertical is terrible. we need a guard that can collapse the defense and open up the court so our secondary guys can get open looks.

GS is a damn good time, but they're not a world-beater. This is what brings me hope. This will (hopefully) leave a sour taste in their mouth, make them work all summer with a great chip on their shoulders, and come back next season with great focus and intensity. Every bad habit must be kicked to the curb starting now.

Kind of an off-topic post, but i ended up listening to a bit of the finals on the radio this year, and if some team hires Mark Jackson to be their coach, Doris Burke is gonna make a fine replacement color commentator. Infinitely better than Mark Jackson.
